Build realistic sequencing and logic, integrating design, procurement, construction, and qualification activities into one coherent schedule
Support tendering and procurement, including scope definition, BOQ preparation, technical clarifications, and contractor evaluation
Drafting tool install technical specification
Coordinate all stakeholders—owners, facility engineering, construction teams, safety, operations, and contractors—to ensure alignment and avoid schedule clashes
Track progress using structured controls: look‑ahead planning, risk registers, constraint logs, and change management
Provide transparent reporting with dashboards, status summaries, and early‑warning indicators to support client decision‑making
